Dr. Realman Obele serves as the Director of Training and Administration at Marvjessy Consulting Limited (MCL), a position he has held since his appointment to the Board of Directors in 2013. He is a highly experienced academic, professional trainer, and management consultant with an outstanding career spanning both the public and private sectors. Dr. Obele holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics and has advanced expertise in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). He is also an internationally recognized Certified Lead Auditor in Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, with extensive experience in implementing and auditing management systems in accordance with international standards. With over 20 years of professional experience as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Consultant, Dr. Obele has successfully delivered training, consultancy, and capacity-building programmes for organizations across various industries. His expertise encompasses quality management, occupational health and safety, environmental management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and organizational development. As Director of Training and Administration, Dr. Obele is responsible for overseeing MCL's training programmes, administrative operations, curriculum development, and professional development initiatives. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to strengthen the company's reputation as a trusted provider of consulting, training, auditing, and certification support services.
