Declaration and cancellation policy
Read the cancellation policy

Once payment has been made to Marvjessy, no refund can be made. Marvjessy reserves the right to cancel a course or postpone an exam in extreme circumstances. Where payment is complete but a learner cannot attend or seeks a deferment, the following rules apply.

  • Cancellation in writing more than 14 days before the course starts: free transfer to the next available date or another course of study. A learner may also put another learner onto a course.
  • Cancellation in writing more than 7 days before the course starts: free transfer to the next available date or another course of study.
  • Cancellation in writing less than 7 days before the course starts or before the exam registration closing date: provisional transfer to the next available date. Additional transfer or deferment charges may apply.
  • Cancellation in writing within 24 hours after the course starts or after the exam registration closing date: no transfer to another date or another course of study.

No refund of money after payment. Withdrawal from training is at your own risk.

Your typed name and acceptance are recorded with the submitted form. Payment information is subject to staff review.

Your application is sent directly to MCL and saved securely for review. Email notifications are addressed to training@marvjessy.com when hosting mail is configured.

Enquiries include only the contact details and message you choose to provide. Website enquiry forms save your submitted details in our private administrator inbox. Student registrations collect course preferences, personal and contact details, declared payment information and optional payment evidence. Registrations and payment evidence are stored privately for authorised staff to process your application.
