Quality policy & objectives
MCL is committed to quality services through human and organisational development, meeting customer, applicable and regulatory requirements. Our policy is communicated throughout the organisation and reviewed for continuing suitability.
Our annual objective is to deliver quality consulting to at least five companies and training to at least 120 delegates, meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
Health & safety policy
We are committed to preventing injury and ill health and protecting employees, learners, corporate clients and the public. We comply with applicable OH&S legal and other requirements, document and maintain our policy, communicate it to interested parties and review its suitability periodically.
Occupational health & safety objectives
- Zero injury, ill health, incidents and near misses each year.
- 100% annual compliance with PPE issuance for kitchen staff.
- Annual review and update of the OH&S legal register.
- Annual hazard identification and risk assessment training for every employee.
Our prevention measures include improved signage, communication and consultation, recorded workplace inspections and follow-through on non-conformances.
